Promotion terms "Welcome code for subscribing to the newsletter"

§ 1. Organiser

The promotion is organised by QMEDIC SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Libertów, ul. Szlachecka 19, 30-444 Libertów, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego under KRS number 0001226410, NIP 9442300011, REGON 544080503 (the "Organiser").

§ 2. What the promotion is

When you subscribe to the HelpDoc newsletter and confirm your subscription, you receive a one-time discount code by e-mail (the "Code").

The Code lowers the price of one order on helpdoc.pl (the "Service"): a doctor consultation with the possibility of an e-prescription, or an online doctor consultation (video or phone).

§ 3. Who may take part

Adults may take part in the promotion. The Code works only on an account in the Service, and only an adult may create an account (§ 5 of the Terms of Service).

People who have already placed orders in the Service may also take part.

One Code is given per e-mail address. It goes to the address that confirms a newsletter subscription for the first time. If you unsubscribe and subscribe again, you do not receive a second Code.

The Organiser may refuse to issue a Code, or cancel a Code obtained in breach of these terms, for example when one person subscribes many e-mail addresses to collect several Codes.

§ 4. How to get the Code

• Enter your e-mail address in the newsletter sign-up form in the Service and tick the consent to receive the newsletter.
• We send a message with a link confirming the subscription to that address.
• Click the link. Right after the confirmation we send you a welcome message with the Code.

Without confirmation by the link we send neither the newsletter nor a Code.

A Code is given to an address that confirms its subscription while the Organiser is issuing Codes (§ 11).

§ 5. Amount of the discount and validity of the Code

The amount of the discount is shown in the sign-up form. The message with the Code states the amount of the discount and the date until which the Code is valid.

The amount of the discount and the validity period in force at the moment you confirm the subscription are binding, that is, those stated in the message with the Code.

Currently the Code gives a 15% discount and is valid for 30 days from the confirmation of the subscription.

The Organiser may change the amount of the discount and the validity period for Codes issued in the future. Such a change does not affect Codes already issued.

§ 6. How to use the Code

The Code works only on an account in the Service created with the same e-mail address the Code was sent to. Sign in to that account and enter the Code in the order summary, in the "Discount code" field.

The discount is calculated on the total price of the order, including the service fee and the express fee if chosen. You see the amount after the discount before you pay.

One discount code may be used per order. The Code cannot be combined with other discount codes.

The Code cannot be exchanged for cash or passed on to another person.

§ 7. When the Code is used up

• The Code works once. It is used up when the order is placed, even if the order is not paid afterwards.
• If you place the same unpaid order again, the Code stays with it and is not used up a second time.
• If you place the same unpaid order again without the Code or with a different code, the Code comes back to you and you can use it again while it is valid.
• Once its validity ends, the Code stops working. We do not issue a new Code in place of an unused or expired one.

Refunds for orders follow the Terms of Service (§ 7 and § 9) and cover the amount actually paid. The Terms of Service do not provide for reissuing a Code used on an order that was refunded.

§ 8. The Code and the e-prescription

The Code lowers the price of the consultation but does not guarantee that an e-prescription will be issued. The fee for an e-prescription order is a fee for a doctor consultation with the possibility of an e-prescription. Only the doctor decides whether to issue a prescription, on medical grounds (§ 3 and § 6 of the Terms of Service).

A refusal to issue a prescription does not entitle you to a refund of the fee (§ 9 of the Terms of Service) or to a new Code.

§ 9. Newsletter consent and personal data

Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary. You confirm the subscription with a link from a separate e-mail.

You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time: with the "unsubscribe" link in every newsletter message, in the patient dashboard, or by writing to [email protected].

Withdrawing the consent does not cancel a Code already issued. You can use it until its validity ends.

How personal data is processed in connection with the newsletter and the promotion is described in the Privacy Policy available in the Service: helpdoc.pl/en/privacy.

§ 10. Complaints

Complaints about the promotion are made like other complaints (§ 12 of the Terms of Service): through the form on the Complaints page (helpdoc.pl/en/complaints), at [email protected] or by post to the registered office address. Say which e-mail address the matter concerns and describe the problem.

The Organiser handles the complaint within 6 business days of receiving it and replies the way it was made, unless you indicate another.

§ 11. Duration and changes to these terms

The promotion runs from 01.11.2026 until it is withdrawn.

The Organiser may end the promotion or stop issuing Codes at any time. Codes issued before then keep working on the existing terms until their validity ends.

A change to these terms does not affect Codes issued before the change takes effect.

These terms are available free of charge in the Service, in a form that allows them to be downloaded and saved.

Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service and Polish law. The Polish version of these terms is binding; translations are for information only.
